This ceremony attire is semi-formal.
The terrace at Stewart Chapel has sweeping views on a hillside sitting atop San Anselmo. The chapel will start receiving guests at 1:00pm, with the ceremony starting at 2:00pm sharp. Guests will have access to the terrace before, during and after the ceremony, so we hope that you can join us for pictures on the terrace at 3:00pm. The terrace has a reputation for getting sunny and hot in early August, please plan accordingly. Please visit the FAQs page for a more detailed timeline of events.

There will be a three hour intermission between the ceremony and the reception, giving guests plenty of time to stop by their hotel for a change of clothes or have a glass of wine in downtown San Anselmo. During this time, we do hope that you will have the ability to get out and enjoy a day in Marin. For those of you that are following the crowd, the Bride and Groom's family will be hosting a small gathering at the Shaw House, which is a Victorian guest house a short walk from Stewart Chapel. Wine and charcuterie will be served.

The reception attire is semi-formal.
Cocktail hour starts at 6:00pm on the lawn. The reception dinner will be indoors, with an adjacent outdoor area with lawn games for the kids. There is plenty of complimentary parking. The weather is mostly likely warm, but bring a jacket for the evening. We can't wait to see you! NOTE - The reception venue is an estimated 20 minute drive from the ceremony.
