Friday September 19 6:00pm - Welcome drinks at O'Keefe's Speakeasy Saturday September 20, 2025 1:30pm - Guests board shuttle from Black Bear Lodge to Notch View Cidery 2:00pm - Guests arrival at Notch View Cidery 3:30pm - Ceremony 4:00pm - Cocktail Hour 5:00pm - Dinner 9:00pm - Last Dance 9:30pm - Board shuttles back to Black Bear Lodge 10:00pm - After party at the Valley Chop House

Is there a welcome event prior to wedding?

Yes! Please meet us at O'Keefe's Speakeasy in Waterville Valley at 6pm on Friday, September 19th. We'd love to see you and celebrate our 4,284th day of dating each other! For this event, make sure to receive your Free Drink ticket at the entrance.

Can I bring my kids?

Due to the location of the venue, we are asking people to not bring their kids to the event. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.

Where is the ceremony?

The ceremony and reception are both located at the Notch View Cidery - 558 Daniel Webster Hwy, North Woodstock, NH 03262.

Approximately 100 feet from where we had our ceremony! Same location. Once you arrive, we have amenities available for you to spend the day/evening with us at the Notch View Cidery.

Where do I park my car?

Answer

We are encouraging folks to utilize our Shuttle Service from the Black Bear Lodge. This leaves at 1:30pm. Parking is available at the Notch View Cidery. Due to its unique location, parking is fairly limited. Use of the shuttle service is encouraged, however parking at the venue is available.

The attire of the wedding is "Wedding Casual".

Answer

Comfy, yet classy. According to Google: For Men: Wear a button-down shirt or polo with dress pants or chinos. A sports jacket can add a refined touch, and loafers, boat shoes, or clean leather sneakers are good footwear choices For Women: Wear a comfortable dress, a skirt, or a chic jumpsuit in a summery color or print. Easy-to-walk-in footwear like block heels or dressy flats are suitable, and accessories can add a polished touch Note: Please check the weather before. The ceremony is outdoors.

Where do I sleep?

There is a block of rooms at the Black Bear Lodge in Waterville Valley. The lodge is approximately 30 minutes from the venue. Call (800) 349-2327 and mention the reservation number: 111291. The name of the block is under "Kuchar Family Wedding". Rooms are running out, so book soon! We will have a shuttle service that will bring you to the event, and back to the lodge afterwards.
