Attire is "Wedding Casual". Venue is outdoors so leave the stilettos at home!

1:30pm - Guests board the shuttle at Black Bear Lodge 2:00pm - Start of guest arrival; enjoy cider tasting and lawn games while we get ready! 3:00pm - Ceremony 4:00pm - Cocktail hour by the pond with stationary and passed appetizers. 5:00pm - Seated at tent, speeches, toasts 5:30pm - Dinner : Barbecue served buffet style 6:30pm - Dancing and celebrating! 8:00pm - Late night food truck 9:00pm - Last call for drinks 9:30pm - Final dance and boarding shuttles back to Waterville! 10:00pm - 1:00am After Party at the Valley Chop House, Waterville Valley
