If you're traveling from out of state, you have a variety of airports to choose from. Cleveland (CLE) and Akron-Canton (CAK) are both about 50 minutes from Wooster while Columbus (CMH) is an hour and 30 minutes.

Best Western Plus Wooster Hotel & Conference Center

To help make your travel plans easier, we've booked a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus in downtown Wooster for both Friday, 8.20.21 and Saturday, 8.21.21. Either utilize the direct link to reserve within our block or call and let them know you're booking with the Bower Mendenhall Wedding. The block will be available through 7.22.21. This hotel is 10 miles from Brooke's parents where the ceremony and reception will take place.

Shuttle

Shuttle

August 21, 2021 2:00 pm - 12:00 am

We will offer a multi-purpose shuttle. The shuttle will make one trip to pick guests up from the Best Western in downtown Wooster around 3:30 PM then shift focus to helping people get from the parking to the wedding until 4:30 PM. The shuttle will resume taking people back to their cars 8 PM - 12 AM and make a few trips back to the Best Western for those staying at the hotel. We will provide the specific shuttle times to those returning to the hotel.
