What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding attire is “Semi-Formal.” Think Cocktail dresses, longer Maxi dresses in a less formal fabric, and suits. The venue is a relaxed, outdoor vineyard setting. The wedding is entirely outside, so women may wish to wear chunky heels, wedges, or flats to walk on grass. The weather forecast predicts an incoming heat wave, and it could be as hot as 90F. It will cool down as the sun sets, but please dress however you can to keep cool for the earlier part of the day!

Is this a vaccinated wedding?

Answer

Yes, all attendees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. No exceptions. Wedding staff such as caterers, servers, bartenders, photographers, and so on are all vaccinated. Masks are optional. Please upload proof of vaccination prior to RSVPing: tinyurl.com/BMWVAXPROOF We also recommend bringing proof of vaccination and masks with you as other venues may require it, such as your hotel, local restaurants, wineries, and so on.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will transport guests between the Hilton Garden Inn Livermore and the venue. The shuttle departs at 2:45pm for the ceremony, and last call back to the hotel is 11:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Purple Orchid.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please mention any food allergies in the space provided in your online RSVP. If you've already RSVP'd and have forgotten to add this, please contact the Maid of Honor with details.
