The Wedding Website of Mikaeyla Allen and Alex Booth
Question

I keep seeing “The Booth Social Club” on things. What does this mean?

Answer

Welcome to the club! Mikaeyla and Alex believe that it’s a very special group of people that are invited to their wedding. You are the people that are going to support and encourage Alex and Mikaeyla in their marriage throughout their lives. The couple loved the idea of everyone feeling like they were at an exclusive, vintage, dinner club for their wedding. So, the name, “The Booth Social Club”, the logo, and other elements came naturally. We hope you join us on June 30th for the Booth Social Club’s first, and largest, event!

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is at The 101, in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle!

Question

Where am I going to park?!

Answer

On Sundays, street parking is free in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. There are a handful of paid-parking lots in the area, and it's possible that there are some garages that are open (however, some of the garages in the neighborhood are closed on Sundays). Be sure to give yourself a little extra time to get parked.

Question

How should I get to The 101?

Answer

If parking is a concern for you, we recommend looking into carpooling, ride-sharing services or light rail - the King street station is a ~5 minute walk away. Additionally, if you wanted to drive and can't find parking in the immediate vicinity, parking in the SODO neighborhood, south of the stadiums, paired with an Uber might be a best-of-both-worlds situation.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have limited space in our venue, so we ask that you only arrive with guests present on your RSVP.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! There's a "Registry" link at the top of this page. We're registered on Zola, Crate & Barrel, Target and Amazon, but it's all linked on the registry page.

Question

I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Please check out the “Travel & Accommodation” tab for for a full list of places to stay nearby our venue

Question

I'm flying into Seattle for this wedding, what airline should I use?

Answer

Alaska has given us a special link for our wedding guests to book at a discount! When searching for flights on Alaskaair.com, use Discount Code - ECMK460

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Alex is wearing a suit for the first time in his life, so Cocktail attire is appreciated. This means we'd love to see you in your best! We don't want to tell you what to wear, but here's some guides that might help define Cocktail attire: For men: https://theblacktux.com/blog/mens-cocktail-attire/ For women: https://www.zola.com/expert-advice/cocktail-wedding-attire-guide

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, so please plan to arrive a bit before to get checked in and seated. Additionally, please plan for some extra parking time.

Question

What should I expect?

Answer

You will receive an order of events on the day of the wedding, but you should expect a ceremony, a cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, and dancing!

For all the days along the way
