**UPDATE** We understand that no group gathering is entirely risk-free, but felt it was important to share some COVID updates Venues: All events (e.g. ceremony, reception, day after brunch, etc.) will be held primarily outdoors Local Mandates: We plan to follow the current Washington State guidelines, which do not currently require masks for large functions COVID Exposures: If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or have had any recent (within the last 2 weeks) high risk exposures, we ask that you please test negative before attending. Please let us know ASAP if you need to change your RSVP status
We love your kids, but want to keep the ceremony and reception as an adults only party due to the amount of alcohol present at the venue. For the Sunday brunch and July 4th activities, kids are more than welcome! Please contact us if you want help arranging babysitting services for the day of the wedding.
For our wedding ceremony and reception, please dress semi-formal. For the men, this can range from khaki shorts/pants and a button down to a suit and tie. For the women, this can range from a sundress to a cocktail dress. We will be outside and it will be warm, so please wear breathable clothes that you will be comfortable in. If you are between two outfits, choose the one that you're going to be able to dance the best in. Please keep in mind that we will be on grass as you consider your footwear. Casual dress for the Sunday brunch and July 4th activities is great.
We recommend flying into the Pasco, WA airport (PSC) - it's about a 20 minute drive from the airport to any of our recommended hotels and is very easy to get in and out of. It is about a 3.5 hour drive from either Seattle or Portland, depending on traffic.
There will be no shuttle service available because the venue is at a residential location. There will be plenty of off street parking at the reception if you choose to drive, and Ubers are available in the area.
