A shuttle for people staying at or near the Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites, and Residence Inn will pick up from the Hampton Inn & Suites at 3:45PM. These three hotels are across the street from each other so we ask that everyone meets outside the Hampton Inn & Suites for pick up. A return shuttle will leave Newport Beach House at 10:00PM and drop off at Hampton Inn & Suites.

If you want to add on additional nights, you need to call the hotel directly. You should be able to book 8/26 at the discounted price and additional nights at the regular price. Hotel is within walking distance of the venue.

AirBnB, VRBO, or local Inns/B&Bs

There are many great AirBnB and VRBO options in the Newport area. This is a good option for a group stay, which can help bring down the cost. Additionally Newport is known for having many cute Inns and Bed & Breakfasts. We stayed as a group with Matt's family at the Serenity Inn Newport back in Feb 2021 and had an amazing experience.

Flight

Boston Logan International Airport

Logan definitely has the most numerous and cheapest flight options for out-of-town guests. Newport is a 1.5-2 hour drive from Logan depending on traffic. There are many rental car options available out of Logan.

Flight

Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport

Significantly smaller airport than Logan but does have flights from many major East Coast cities. It is located just south of Providence in Warwick, RI and is about a 40 minute drive to Newport.
