Cocktail attire, please. Think cocktail dresses, midis, maxis, jumpsuits, suits, ties, bowties, blazers and slacks.
A shuttle for people staying at or near the Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites, and Residence Inn will pick up from the Hampton Inn & Suites at 3:45PM. These three hotels are across the street from each other so we ask that everyone meets outside the Hampton Inn & Suites for pick up. A return shuttle will leave Newport Beach House at 10:00PM and drop off at Hampton Inn & Suites. Uber/Lyft is also readily available in Newport. There is a parking lot at the venue with free parking if you prefer to drive, however, you cannot leave your vehicle overnight.
Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm so please arrive between 4:00-4:20pm.
We will 100% comply with Rhode Island and federal guidelines at the time of the wedding. As of right now, there are no limitations on guest count or mask requirements, however this is subject to change at any time. To ensure the health and safety of our family and friends, if you have ANY symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, chills, runny/stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, chest pain, shortness of breath, body aches, or loss of smell/taste, please do not attend the wedding or wedding-related events and take a rapid antigen test. We kindly ask that all attendees of our wedding be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however proof of vaccination is not required for entry.
We would prefer that only the names listed on the official invitation attend our wedding.
We love your kiddos very much, but we want this to be a night off for you to relax and enjoy the party. We appreciate you making arrangements for children ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
