Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal: A suit or dress shirt is suggested. Colors, textures, and patterns are encouraged. Midi- or maxi- length dresses. We recommend flowy dresses in light-weight fabrics. Find our attire mood board under 'Gallery'. Be sure to check the forecast and dress accordingly. The weather in Soquel during August is generally warm. The venue will have plenty of shaded areas to stay cool. Consider bringing a light shawl or sweater for the evening, as it may get a little cooler.

We have partnered with Seacliff Inn Aptos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton to offer discounted hotel room rates for your stay. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for booking details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both events will take place at Hilltop Hacienda Estate. While there is limited parking available at the venue, we recommend taking a shuttle from the Seacliff Inn parking lot to the venue. These shuttles will begin transporting guests at 3:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, beginning at 3:45 pm, there will be shuttles leaving the Seacliff Inn parking lot to take guests to the wedding venue. The road to the venue is narrow and windy, if you plan to enjoy a drink or two or three, we insist you utilize the shuttle or ride share.

I am not staying at the Seacliff Inn, can I still take the shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Parking at the Seacliff Inn is plentiful and free during the day. Please note that there is a fee for overnight parking at the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The gate for the venue will open at 4:00 p.m. Before that, guests can use the gate phone from the keypad to request access. Ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. Gates will close at 5:00 p.m.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you "& Guest", you may bring a +1. Otherwise, please arrive with your expected party.

Yes, all children included on your invitation are welcome.

When you RSVP online, you will be prompted to list any dietary restrictions.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our welcome event will be at Beer Thirty (2504 South Main Street, Soquel, CA 95073) at 6:30pm on Friday, August 7. More information is available in the 'Schedule' section of our website.
