Below are the groups rates for each of the room types (Rates are before tax + resort fees). All rooms are "Bed and Breakfast" and include daily breakfast for 2! Garden View king or 2 doubles: $399/night Premium Garden View king or 2 doubles: $459/night Deluxe Ocean View: $539/night Deluxe Ocean Front: $699/night Villas de la Reserva Deluxe: $759/night Villas de la Reserva Premier: $899/night If you book online, you can book the garden view room with a check-in on Friday and check-out Monday. The rate, shown via the link below, will include the resort fees, taxes, and breakfast for 2. Once you click on the link, you need to modify the dates January 15-18, 2027 in order for the room block to appear. We have limited rooms in our block, so if you are thinking of attending, we recommend booking the room asap! Please reach out to Bob or Alex with any questions about the code, room options, cost etc! There are plenty of other options if you are looking to stay elsewhere or extend your trip! For the wedding weekend: Airbnb: There are several airbnbs available near the hotel. For an airbnb close to the hotel, search for: Coco Beach Resort, Puerto Rico 955R, Río Grande, Puerto Rico County Club Residences: If you are interested in booking a larger residence for your family, there are residences available to book on the Coco Beach Golf Course here: https://hotels.cloudbeds.com/en/reservation/kQrFnj?currency=usd San Juan: If you are looking to stay in San Juan before, during or after the weekend, we recommend El Convento in Old San Juan, the Hyatt Place a short drive from Old San Juan, and or one of the nice hotels in Condado. There are also several airbnbs options in Old San Juan, Condado, and Ocean Park. We will not be providing transportation to the wedding, but the Hyatt Grand Reserve is about 45 minute drive from San Juan.
Flight
San Juan (SJU)
We recommend flying into SJU. American, United, Spirit, and Southwest all have direct routes from Chicago. We recommend buying flights this fall (start tracking in September) for the best deals! Also note - you do NOT need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico. You do need a Real ID to fly anywhere domestically these days. We love renting a car and exploring the island ourselves. If you rent a car, there is parking at the hotel for an additional daily fee. If you plan to stay at the hotel only and/or take a tour from the hotel, we don't recommend renting a car. We will provide more details on transportation options as it gets closer!
