Wear something comfortable and easy to move around in! You can also wear Oktoberfest garb to match the festival~
This event is reserved for those who will be camping and/or helping with the Village setup! We will be arriving at ~7:45 to 8:00 on Friday, October 10th to start, but you can arrive any time that is convenient for you. We will be reserving camping space for our guests, but if you want first pick on the placement of your tent, we recommend arriving early! If you mark yourself as coming to this event, one of us will contact shortly to give you more details and further coordinate.

Welcome Event: Pre-Nuptual Campsite Party

This a chill pre-wedding party/hangout for all the campers, helpers, and anyone else who wants to attend the Renaissance Festival on Saturday as well. It will be Oktoberfest this weekend inside the Festival, so if you have a costume that fits the theme, now is a good time to wear it and explore the festival grounds!

Ticket and Special Badge Pick-up

We will have a couple of people stationed at the Festival Main Entrance with a sign and a list of people to distribute tickets and badges. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TICKET please stop by and buy your tickets from us at a discounted price. IF YOU WERE INVITED TO THE CLOSED RECEPTION please stop by and pick up your special badge. This will be your token to get in and out of the closed reception area.
Wedding Ceremony

PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY. THE FESTIVAL IS BIG. We encourage you to bust out your best fairy-tale and renaissance outfits! If this isn't possible, general formal wear is fine. Consider forgoing heels as the faire grounds are dusty at best and muddy at worst. All are invited to view, but seating will be limited.
Open Reception
