We also have their phone numbers listed as well as air bnb's if you prefer to not stay at a hotel. Room block information for each hotel can be found under the travel section of our website.

Open bar! Drinks are on us! Just a quick heads-up: Harvest Moon has a no-shots and no-outside-alcohol policy (so no flasks, please). We appreciate you respecting their rules, and we can’t wait to share some drinks with you!
Business casual/semi-formal is a good place to start if you are unsure what to wear. Ultimately, we want everyone to feel comfortable and happy!
Of course! We will have a charcuterie/grazing table during cocktail hour followed by a buffet BBQ dinner. Desserts will be provided as well. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know on your rsvp so we can accommodate you.
Harvest Moon has their own parking lot and will have a parking attendant available to assist with parking. There will also be golf cart rides available to those that need a little extra help getting to the venue from the parking lot.
