Cocktail, please. This is slightly less formal than black tie which means no tux required for men and no floor-length gown required for women (unless you'd like to wear a long dress). Examples: Him: A suit and tie Her: A cocktail dress or dressy suit or jumpsuit.
Wear what's appropriate for cocktail hour but also keep in mind that the venue is mostly grass so you might want to opt out on pointy heels for this event.

The wedding is in Oviedo and you can view the hotel options close to the venue on the Travel page of this website, however, if you decide to stay in Orlando for an extended amount of time to explore the theme parks then it would be more economical to stay closer to the area of the theme park you plan on visiting rather than stay closer to Oviedo.
Yes, the event will be catered by Arthur's with appetizers before the ceremony as well as dinner and of course cake and desserts!
Bride and Groom send off is at 10pm
Feel free to takes pictures at any time EXCEPT during the actual ceremony. We'd like an "unplugged" ceremony where everyone sets their phones down and enjoys the moment.
