We're Getting Married!

Liz was born on April 23, 1986 in Germany while her dad was serving in the Army. When she was 5 they moved to Florida where she grew up on the west side of Orlando. She went to Olympia high school then graduated from Florida State University with a bachelors in Management Information Systems and currently works as a Systems Analyst. Her passions include painting, drawing, photography, and volunteering at the local humane society. When she's not busy with her hobbies you can find her curled up with her dog, Nya.

Blake was born on April 26, 1986 in Boynton Beach, FL but his family soon relocated to Oviedo FL where he grew up and attended Oviedo High School. He then graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors in Business Administration and currently works for the Reynolds & Reynolds company. His passions include music, production, cinematography and spending time with his friends and family.

Despite having the same mutual friends, Liz and Blake only first met on a road trip through Atlanta, GA for a music festival. They spent the four day weekend listening to music, camping, and enjoying time with their friends. An atmosphere full of singing, dancing, even some fist pumping set the mood for love. By the end of the weekend Liz and Blake could see instantly there was a connection between them. Dare we say love at first sight? The rest is history as they say ;)

While on a 3 week vacation to Thailand Blake and Liz managed to book a beautifully secluded resort on the island of Phuket. With photography being one of their favorite mutual hobbies they decided to walk down to the resort's private beach to shoot the sunset. When they reached the beach they found themselves all alone so Blake suggested they do a "dronie" (selfie with the drone) and while Liz got ready for the picture Blake turns around, gets down on one knee, pulls the ring box out of his pocket, and proposes. Liz of course said YES! Now here we are today and the two couldn't be happier to share their wedding day with you. See you in April!
