Hotel
You can stay at the venue! There is plenty of space for vehicles and tents, and there are 19 twin beds in a shared room on the second floor of the lodge (think boyscout camp vibes, there is a picture at the end of the gallery). If you choose to sleep in the lodge, you will need to bring bedding. If you stay, you are required to pay a camping fee (per vehicle) of $18 for residents or $32 for non-residents (this includes the day-use fee). You can pay by phone at 877-WYO-PARK or in person at the Curt Gowdy visitors center (across the street). Please leave time before the ceremony to pick this up and note that the visitor's center (open 9am-7pm on Saturday) is across the road from the venue (~5 min drive).
Hotel
Curt Gowdy State Park has several reservable, paid campsites that are the closest to the venue. See reserve.wyoming.gov There are a couple paid campgrounds in nearby (20-30 min from the venue) Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest that are a mix of reservable and walk-in. These can be quite busy on the weekends so I wouldn't recommend counting on a walk-in site unless you are arriving earlier in the week, but they are prettier/more forested than Gowdy. These include Yellow Pine, Tie City, and Vedauwoo campgrounds. There is also abundant designated dispersed camping throughout the National Forest. This can get busy too, but you will almost certainly find something if you drive enough of the back roads. If you choose this option, let us know and we can point you towards some good places to start.
Hotel
We have a room block here at $179/night if you book through the direct link below. It's the second closest hotel to our house and is 2-3 miles from downtown. Please note that it is a 30 minute drive to the venue from town so plan to have a car, carpool, or take the shuttle departing from this hotel (see below).

Hotel
This is the closest hotel to our house, and one of the least motel-y, but we were unable to secure a room block. We haven't suggested any hotels in Cheyenne because we think Laramie is cooler, but the wedding venue is roughly equidistant between the two so you might also consider staying in Cheyenne.
Flight
Denver is the closest major airport. From the airport, it's about a 2-2.5 hour drive to Laramie. If you're not planning to rent a car, Groome Transportation runs shuttles from the airport to Laramie (to the Hilton) a few times a day. Groome and Landline run hourly shuttles from the airport to Fort Collins (one hour from Laramie).
Flight
Laramie is more expensive to fly into and only has two flights a day leaving to and arriving from Denver. But if the timing works out, it's really easy and pleasant and is only 10 minutes from town. Rental cars are available here and it's also likely that if you need a pickup, that can be arranged! Cheyenne is a slightly larger airport with sometimes more convenient times. It's one hour from Laramie and equidistant (30min) to the wedding venue.
