Please note, the ceremony and reception will both be adults only celebrations. The venue is about 30 minutes from Laramie and Cheyenne. If you plan to drive, please purchase a day use pass per vehicle, at reserve.wyoming.gov, 877-WYO-PARK, or at the Curt Gowdy visitor's center across the road. Please be prepared for variable walking surfaces (gravel, rough asphalt, rocky trail, pine duff, etc) and variable weather conditions (from hot and sunny to cold and snowy). It's likely to get cold in the evening even if warm during the day. Bring sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses along with a warmer jacket than you think. Also note that we will be at 8000 feet (hydrate!) and you may not have cell service at the venue.
Reception

The reception lodge and tent are about 5 minutes from the ceremony amphitheater on an unpaved walking path.
A cocktail hour (with appetizers) will follow the ceremony, with dinner (7pm) and dancing afterwards. You can sleep at the venue in a tent, vehicle, or twin beds on the second story of the lodge. Otherwise, have a plan to get home safely. We will be providing a shuttle back to the Holiday Inn in Laramie. The shuttle schedule can be found in the FAQ and Travel sections of this website.
