Markree Castle

This 30 bedroom castle is where the arrival dinner (September 6th), wedding and reception (September 7th) are being held. The whole castle has been blocked off for our group but we cannot guarantee rooms will be available if you wait too long. If you'd like to stay in the castle please contact Anthony or Rachael, rooms are being assigned now. The room rates have been discounted to €180/night for all rooms, no deposit is needed, you can pay at check out on September 8th. Additionally, there are small cabins on the property also available for booking. Dublin–Sligo Railway Line

If you'd really rather not drive you can take the train and use Uber/Taxi's. The Dublin to Sligo main line is a railway route operated by Iarnród Éireann in Ireland. It starts in Dublin Connolly station, terminating at Sligo Mac Diarmada railway station in Sligo. The route is a double-track railway as far as Maynooth, being a single-track railway with passing loops between there and Sligo.
