Join us for a welcome party with light bites and drinks as we kick off the weekend celebrations!
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
There will be a shuttle pick-up from The Stanley Hotel to the ceremony at 3 and 3:30 pm. Please meet outside of the Colorado Cherry Company coffee shop. There will be a shuttle pick-up from Murphy's Resort (1650 Big Thompson Avenue) to the ceremony at 2:45 and 3:15 pm. Please meet outside of the main office. Semi-formal Attire details: The wedding party will be wearing tuxedos and full-length dresses. Feel free to wear your sleekest suit or spiffiest tux. Ladies, please wear your favorite elegant dress, whatever the length! Please note: The ground will be soft at O'Connor Pavilion, so the stiletto heels might want to stay at home. ◡̈
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Shuttles will be available to take guests from the cocktail hour to the reception.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Transportation will be available post-reception to return to your accommodations. Shuttles will run from 8:45 pm until 10 pm.
10:00 am - 11:00 am
Join us for a casual coffee send-off at Kind Coffee the morning after the wedding. Grab a latte for the road while we say final goodbyes!
