Katy is my number one best friend in this world — and she is also my sister. :) She has been through all of the ups and downs with me, and she understands me in a way that only a sister can. Through all of the experiences we had in Belgium together to changing schools and houses countless times, she has always had my back, and I know she always will. With all of that being said, it was not a difficult decision to make her my Maid of Honor. She has also assumed the role as my wedding planner and assistant as this is one of her many talents!
Austin White
Best Man
Austin (aka Austiño) is the man. He is one of the most down-to-earth, genuine, selfless people I know. He has been such a great brother in Christ to me over the years and never fails to show me God's heart. He and I lived together fourth year of college at the University of Virginia and the next year during my Chi Alpha internship. Though our housing options at "The Ichthus" and "Pat's Palace" (names we affectionately gave our house/apartment) were pretty cheap, the friendship and memories we formed there were priceless. Austin is a total "Dad" (just like me). He loves Dad jokes, hiking, and his wife Sydney. He is currently in a graduate program at UVA for Counseling. I had the distinct privilege of being his best man when he and Sydney got married, and now I’m honored to have him as mine!
Hannah Dunn

Hannah and I have been best friends since we met at Grove Avenue Christian school my 7th grade year — so we have shared over 10 years of friendship! Even from the beginning, we would frequently dream about who we would marry someday over homemade cookies and any other snacks we could find :) We knew that our Prince Charmings were out there somewhere. ;) I am so thankful that I was able to stand by her side when she married the love of her life, Richie Dunn, over four years ago, and now she gets to stand by my side as I marry the love of my life! Hannah was and still is one of the biggest blessings of my life. No matter how busy our lives get, we always pick up right where we left off.
Hunter Johnson

Hunter (aka Huntie) is one of my best friends of all time. Though he is such a goofball and loves cheesy Dad jokes, he is one of the most dependable and grounded people I know. His faith inspires me, and I am honored to know him. He is always there to give a listening ear whenever you need him, and he is wise beyond his years. His joy and humility are noticeable from your first interaction with him to every one after that. We lived together in a house of several other guys throughout my third and fourth years of college. We also served side-by-side as Chi Alpha interns together our first year after college! He and his wife Julia are currently helping to pioneer another Chi Alpha Campus Ministry at JMU. He also pioneered the usage of probably my weirdest nickname, "Logie Cheese Hoagie".
Moriah Yates

Moriah and I have been close friends for almost all of my years at Liberty! We actually met in an African drumming class (along with her now husband, Josiah Yates) ;) Since then, Moriah and I have been harmony buddies in "Libertad" (one of Liberty's multicultural praise bands), traveled to Nicaragua together, and have been each other's support and accountability partners through the crazy ups and downs of our lives. Our love for music, culture, being crazy, (and most importantly our love for Jesus!), has been the key cornerstones of our friendship, and I am so excited to have her as a bridesmaid in my wedding!
Jonah Tersol

Jonah (aka Bronah) is one of my oldest best friends. I met Jonah in high school at youth group at MCC where we forged a bond of brotherhood that would last a lifetime. We lead a high school small group together, planned a big worship and prayer youth gathering for our county, and had a lot of really powerful times in prayer together. Jonah is one of those guys who will duck tape you to a bed at 2am and leave you there for a good laugh. But pranks aside, this man is a super godly friend and is a world-changer for Jesus. I know he has my back whenever I need him, and I can't wait to see the impact his life has on others 30 years from now. He currently works in northern Virginia in consulting.
Grace McCluskey

Grace McCluskey is certainly one of a kind. She is already a published author, and is studying to be a Christian Life Coach! She lives in Rolla Missouri with her family of 9 on their beautiful family farm. Grace and I actually met through her brother, Colin, who was my good friend that I had a class with last year at Liberty. After meeting her, we quickly realized that we were destined to be besties. Though we have only been friends for less than a year, our friendship has blossomed into one that I will keep for the rest of my life. Daniel Woo

Daniel Woo (Dan the Man) is a firecracker in person form. He is one of my best bros at medical school. I had the privilege of meeting Dan in July of 2019 at the start of medical school at Liberty University. Since then, we have grown to be such close brothers on this grueling journey of medical school together. Daniel is an extroverted, enthusiastic, joy-to-be-around guy. He is someone who always brightens my day, and he literally has given me the shoes off of his feet. He is wise, humble, yet a total goober and it's awesome. This guy has helped me through so many tough study sessions, and he has always pointed me back to the ultimate divine purpose behind why we study. He will let anyone know that he is a 2 on the Enneagram, and loves theater, playing Mahjong, and befriending new people.
Christy Thomas

Meeting Christy was a pretty funny story. Before Logan and I were “officially dating”, he took me to a birthday dinner for his friend Luke (his now groomsman) with a lot of his med school friends. He introduced me to this super bubbly and smiley girl named Christy, and for some reason I knew that we were going to be really close. We were both on the shorter side and I could tell we both made up for it with our big personalities! I didn’t want to freak her out, but I decided to blurt out “I love you” when I met her! She laughed and that’s when our friendship began. It’s been a year and a half since that day and she has been one of those friends that I can call when I need encouragement, prayer and a good laugh. To this day, I still love Christy Thomas just as much as I knew I would!
Luke Cooper

Luke (aka Coop) is one solid dude. He is one of my best friends at medical school. Like Daniel, I met Luke at the beginning of our first year at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine. My first impression of Luke was that he was a total gamer dude, my second impression was that he was a frat boy. I discovered that this man has many sides, and is more interesting than the Dos Equis man. In reality, he is a humble, wise, deep-thinker who loves the Lord and wants to serve Him with his life and through medicine. Oh, and he loves playing Nintendo Switch and wearing tank-tops and backwards hats. Though we have had many riveting study sessions together, my favorite memory of Luke is the time he took me on a hike after a really rough week to listen and be there for me.
Lauren Pickett

Lauren is my cousin and someone I consider as one of my best friends. We had the opportunity to move into an apartment suite together during my last year of Liberty. Through out that semester, our friendship and trust grew so much as we confided in each other (at all hours) about life. She is also one of my favorite people to laugh with. Fun fact: Lauren was actually the first person I told about my possible feelings for Logan after I had seen him again for the first time in a long time! She encouraged me to go for it and see where it went. :) And now she's a bridesmaid in our wedding!
Liam Donohue

Liam (aka Liambé) is one phenomenal dude. He is one of the most down-to-earth and relatable guys you will ever meet. He is also a strange quirk-ball at times, and I love it. He and I lived together my fourth year at UVA (technically he wasn't on the lease, but he slept on the couch so it counts!) and the year after college at our apartment, "Pat's Palace." What a wonderful, wacky time this was. From wrestling with the bros in the living room to late-night talks about theology, Liam is the type of guy everyone needs as a friend. He is a leader by quiet example, and remains loyal to those he loves. He loves environmental science, anthropology, playing almost any musical instrument, and drawing the entire world map perfectly by photographic memory. I am so honored to have him as a groomsman.
Raechel Pickett

Raechel is also one of my sweet cousins, and is Lauren's younger sister. When Raechel was a baby/toddler and I was in elementary school, I used to sing songs to her about how she was my favorite cousin - hoping that no one else would hear of course! Since then, she has become such a strong, independent and Godly woman. I am so inspired by her faith and the way she honors Christ in the big and small areas of her life. I am so blessed call her my friend and bridesmaid!
Timmy Vadasz

Timmy (aka Timbo or Wumbo or Timbothy among many others) is one phenomenal, godly dude. Describing him with words can’t compare to meeting him in person. We actually met in high school, but honestly we didn't really hang out much then... It wasn't until our time in Chi Alpha at college that we became good friends. We lived together my third and fourth year, and the year after college, making him the guy I've lived with the most! Timmy is one of the most sarcastic people I know, and he can literally make anyone laugh. He is also super caring and down-to-earth, though you may have to pry a little to get that side out of him. ;) He is passionate about caring for the underserved. He currently is also in the UVA graduate program for Counseling, and lives in Charlottesville with his wife, Alex.
Anne Haley

Anne is Logan's beautiful and intelligent sister. She is a whiz at computer science and can code up a storm! She is great at graphic design, painting and drawing pretty much anything, and is quirky in the best of ways. :) She loves growing succulents, playing Minecraft, and hanging out with her friends. She also very loyal and sticks by her friends like family. She is sassy and sarcastic, but also has a sweet side. She loves giving gifts — this is her love language. Currently she is working on her thesis in her accelerated master’s program in computer science at Christopher Newport University. Did I mention she's working for N.A.S.A.??
Kenith D'Souza

Kenith (aka Kenny G) is someone you probably never forget meeting if you get the pleasure of meeting him. I had the pleasure of rooming with Kenith my first year at medical school at Liberty. He was there to witness Bethany and I's relationship blossom from the very beginning. Kenith is one of the most extroverted people, able to light up a room and be the life of the party, but he also enjoys a quiet evening of playing all sorts of games too. (He is a BEAST at Magic The Gathering). He can have a sarcastic and witty sense of humor, but he also has a super deep side to him once you get to know him. He is passionate about emergency medicine and about serving God with his life. He also loves to roast people any chance he gets. ;) I am super honored to have him as one of my groomsman.
Maddie Haley

Maddie is Logan's youngest sister. She is currently entering her senior year and working at Chick-fil-A! She is interested in attending Virginia Tech and pursuing architecture as a career, but is also keeping an open mind. She is someone who also treats her friends like family and will stick by their side at all times. She is also an amazing painter, and can paint landscapes or portraits for you all by hand! Though she may appear more introverted at first, she is very quirky, funny and sweet when she opens up. She is also crazy good at playing Minecraft.
