When and how should I book my stay at Wintergreen Resort?
Answer
Book your stay ASAP as fall is a very busy time at Wintergreen Resort. To book your stay, you MUST call the Resort number at 877-859-5337 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and use GROUP CODE: 41F5T6. You cannot book online through the Resort or Airbnb/VRBO because then you won't receive access to all resort amenities OR be a part of our block group rate. Are children invited to your wedding?
Answer
While we love to watch children run and play this is an adult only kind of day. With the exception of the wedding party, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our BIG day!

What is the dress code for the Wedding?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail reception. For men, that means, suits, slacks and jackets. Ties are preferred, but optional. NO JEANS. For ladies, long or calf length fall dresses. Be sure to bring a shawl or sweater as it may be a bit chilly on the mountain. We will be outside on grass for the ceremony and cocktail hour and stone for the reception.

Can I take photographs during the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony. Please turn off and put away all phones and cameras so we can truly enjoy this moment. We want our wonderful photographers and videographers to capture each of your faces, not your phones.

Please RSVP by Monday, September 15 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests/total reservation guest counts on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What should I wear to Desserts and Drinks on Thursday evening?
Answer
We are asking that everyone wears formal dinner attire. This includes fall dresses, boots, jeans, sweaters, sweater dresses, flannels, golf attire, etc. We want you to be comfortably elevated. We just ask for no athletic attire (i.e. gym shorts, tee shirts, biker shorts, etc.)

Where should I get a quick bite?

The Market Deli (attached to the gas station on the resort) has breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, pizzas and a grocery store.

What stores are close by?
Answer
Should you need anything in particular, there is a Dollar General and IGA grocery right off the mountain.

How do I call for a shuttle?
Answer
You can call for a shuttle anywhere on property by dialing 0 on your room phone and requesting where to go. Shuttle service is also available in the main Mountain Lodge.
