We are asking that everyone wears formal dinner attire. This includes fall dresses, boots, jeans, sweaters, sweater dresses, flannels, golf attire, etc. We want you to be comfortably elevated. We just ask for no athletic attire (i.e. gym shorts, tee shirts, biker shorts, etc.)
The Lookout is the location of the event. It is located behind the main lodge. If you are coming up the mountain, you will take the second right turn (there's a stop sign) and drive all the way back. You'll see The Lookout on the right hand side. If you don't want to drive, you can call a shuttle from your room by pressing 0 and asking to be picked up and dropped off at The Lookout.
4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Cocktail Reception. For men, that means, suits, slacks, and jackets. Ties are preferred, but optional. NO JEANS. For ladies, that means long or calf length fall dresses or slacks and a blouse. Be sure to bring a shawl or sweater as it may be chilly on the mountain. We will be outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour and indoors for the reception.
Shuttles will pick up from the Mountain Inn, main resort, starting at 3:30pm. The last shuttle will take off at 4:10pm. There is no restroom at the Ceremony site, so please use the restroom prior to taking the shuttle to the ceremony site. The shuttles will pick up at the Ceremony site and transport everyone to Cocktail Hour. Shuttle services will be available all night until midnight.
