Hotel
This is where the bride and groom will be staying with the bridal party and immediate family members. This is also where welcome drinks will take place. Rooms may be booked here at the standard rate.
Hotel
This is the main room block for all guests. It's a short drive to both the welcome drinks and the wedding venue. Transportation for the wedding will be provided to and from the hotel.

Shuttle

Shuttle service will be provided from both the Danfords and Hilton Garden Inn hotels. The bus will start at Danfords at approximately 4:15pm, stop at Hilton at approximately 4:35pm, and then head to the Old Field Club.

Shuttle service will be provided from the Old Field Club to the Danfords and Hilton Garden Inn hotels. There will be one vehicle for each hotel. Pickup will begin at the conclusion of the reception, which is 11:00pm.
Train
For guests coming from the New York City area, the closest LIRR station to the venue will be the Stony Brook station on the Port Jefferson line. The Port Jefferson station is also an available option and will be closest to the pre-wedding activities. You can take an Uber or Lyft from either station to get to your destination.
