Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 13st

Question

Will masks be required?

Answer

As the wedding will be outside, you will not need to wear a mask. However, our venue has asked that you PLEASE BRING ONE WITH YOU. Masks are required if you want to go inside any of the Ringling's buildings, including the cafe, museums, and the bathrooms. So while masks will not be required for our outdoor ceremony, please bring one with you.

Question

Will the ceremony be socially distanced?

Answer

As much as possible, yes. Our venue is requiring that we space out seating at the ceremony, and we intent to observe all applicable laws and regulations in holding the ceremony.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Pottery Barn.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 11:00 am. The wedding will begin promptly at 11:30 and the ceremony location will be closed off to all entrants once the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Ceremony attire for all guests is formal, however, in the event that the temperature forecast calls for weather in excess of 80 degrees, suit jackets will be optional.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, provided that you RSVP for them as well.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony will available at a designated parking lot, just beside the Ca d'Zan. However, due to regrettable space limitations, our locale for the anti-reception does not have very much parking available. As such, we recommend taking an Uber / Lyft to the anti-reception (if you feel comfortable doing so), or else parking at the Publix grocery store (just under a mile away), and catching a ride from there.

Question

Anything else I should know aboute?

Answer

We are planning on taking a family trip to Disney World Orlando following the wedding as a "mini-moon" of sorts. If you would like to tag along, let us know and we will send you the details!
