11:00am - 11:15am – Guests arrive at the Ringling 11:30am – WEDDING CEREMONY BEGINS 12:15pm – WEDDING CEREMONY CONCLUDES 12:20pm – Wedding Party Photos (12:00pm - 2:00pm) – Guests are invited to take photos of their own. 4:00pm – ANTI-RECEPTION BEGINS 5:00pm – Dinner is served 6:30pm – Dessert Following dessert, please join us for yard games, table games, and a good time at the beach / pool / hot tub

Ceremony attire for all guests is formal, however, in the event that the temperature forecast calls for weather in excess of 80 degrees, suit jackets will be optional.
