What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm. We ask that guest arrive 15-20 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception.

Is transportation provided between venues?
Answer
With the exception of the wedding party, guests will be responsible for their own transportation between the ceremony and reception venue.

What should we do between the ceremony and the reception?
Answer
Between the ceremony and cocktail hour, we recommend taking some time to check into your hotel or grab a drink nearby. Stop downtown at Showboat Saloon or Nig's Bar, along the way at Grateful Shed Truckyard, or near the reception venue at Monk's Bar & Grill or Canyon Ridge Tap Room.

Is there parking at the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is ample free parking available at the St. Cecilia's and at Glacier Canyon Lodge.

Will you be taking family photos?
Answer
Absolutely! Immediate families (aunts, uncles, cousins) please stay at the church after the ceremony to take pictures.

Are my kids invited to your wedding?
Answer
We want include everyone we can, but due to limited venue space, we are only able to include a small number of children. If your save-the-date is addressed to “family” your kids are invited. RSVP’s will denote this.

Do I need to stay at Glacier Canyon Lodge?
Answer
No! If you prefer, there are many hotels and vacation rentals throughout the Dells, so please feel free to stay wherever is most convenient for you. Transportation will not be provided to other accommodations.

Is there a two-night minimum?
Answer
There is not a two-night minimum for guest booking at the Glacier Canyon Lodge under the Bernards-Barth room block.

That's Kona Bear! Kevin's 10-year old rescue. She completes KB3, is the best looking, and the boss of the house. She likes cheese and hot dogs!
