Bride's Mate of Honor
they/them/theirs Syd is Samantha's younger sibling. Once Samantha got over the shock of no longer living in the spotlight as the only child, Syd and Samantha were inseparable. They grew up loving music, dance, dress up, and family traditions like New Years Eve cooking competitions, Halloween carnivals, and vacations in Panama City and Cherokee, North Carolina. Samantha wants to thank Syd for helping her grow to the person she is today. Samantha and Alex cannot wait to have Syd by their side on their big day, and they look forward to making many new memories together!
Maid of Honor
she/her/hers Jasmine is Samantha's best friend from Georgia Tech who lives in Seattle, Washington with her beautifully curated plant collection and occasional foster dog. Jasmine and Samantha met when they were random roommates freshman year. They were fast friends, supporting each other through the toughest classes, co-hosting themed parties, exploring Atlanta, and traveling the world. Samantha is thrilled to have Jasmine by her side today, and Alex is ready to welcome the pair's future sleepovers and foodie adventures when Jasmine is in town.

she/her/hers Niki is Alex's youngest sister and is the only female Berlinsky to be born in four generations. In such a testosterone rich environment, Niki held her own and did well to stand up for herself when she needed. Alex considers himself lucky to have a sister, even though in his younger years another brother to beat in basketball would have been more welcome. Alex and Samantha want to thank Niki for all of her help and expertise when it came to planning this wedding, and are honored for her to play a role in the day!

he/him/his Dennis and Samantha met their freshman year at Georgia Tech where they lived in the same dorm. They joined the Student Center Programs Council (SCPC) where they planned comedy shows, concerts, homecoming, movie showings, and nights at the GA aquarium. They share a love for reality TV, music videos, travel, and DIY projects. Samantha and Alex are thrilled to celebrate their special day with Dennis and look forward to many future hangouts in Atlanta.

she/her/hers Abby and Samantha connected in Colorado when Alex planned drinks with his Georgia Tech Senior Design class project partner. Since, Alex, Samantha, Abby, and her husband, JD, have done countless double dates- including watching the entire Fast and Furious franchise. Samantha has loved having a go-to girls night friend while living in Denver. Alex and Samantha can't wait to have Abby be part of their big day.

she/her/hers Yen and Samantha met at Deloitte, where they both enjoyed being "extra" planning holiday parties, wine tastings, and other fun events. Yen and Samantha learned outside of work they shared a love of good food and travel. Samantha got to be along the journey for Yen's wedding and can't wait for Yen to be beside her and Alex for their wedding day.

she/her/hers Yuri and Samantha met freshman year at Georgia Tech when Yuri lived across the hall. They grew close throughout college, exploring Atlanta food gems, with a heavy focus on coffee, sweets and Buford Hwy. After graduating from college, Yuri and Samantha spent ~2 months visiting 9 countries in Asia. During the trip, Yuri and Samantha participated in a lantern tradition where Samantha wished for "Mr. Right." Today Yuri is excited to see Samantha's wish come true as she marries Alex, her "Mr. Right".
Best Man
he/him/his Alex met his younger brother Ryan the day he came home from the hospital. Their childhood consisted of brotherly fighting and bickering, however, it also consisted of playing in the pool, watching their favorite shows, and playing sports and video games together. Alex is proud of the man Ryan has become, and he and Samantha are honored and excited that Ryan will be playing a part in their special day!

he/him/his Alex and Johnathan met at Georgia Tech and became great friends almost instantly. Through long nights out until 4am and a love of Georgia Tech sports, Alex and Johnathan shared countless memories at college and beyond. Whenever Alex has a problem or issue, he knows that Johnathan will be there to help him out. Johnathan is a great friend, and Alex and Samantha are excited to share many more memories with him during the wedding and beyond!

he/him/his Alex and Ian met at Georgia Tech, where they spent their time complaining about their engineering coursework and complaining about Georgia Tech sports, but having a blast doing it. Since then, they have traveled the world together, going to formula 1 races, national parks, natural wonders, and Georgia Tech football games. Ian was Alex's roommate when he first met Samantha, and Alex will always be grateful to Ian for making him seem a lot cooler than he really was. Alex and Samantha want to thank Ian for his friendship over the years and are excited that he will be there to witness their special day!

he/him/his Seth is Samantha's younger brother and a 7th grader at Teasley Middle School. From their earliest days, Seth and Samantha forged a strong bond. During Samantha's time at Georgia Tech, Seth was a frequent visitor cheering on the Yellow Jackets. Seth, Alex, and Samantha love hanging out, going on hikes, and playing games like Mario Kart. Today, Seth is happy to welcome Alex to the family, and Alex and Samantha can't wait to have Seth by their side on their wedding day and beyond.

he/him/his Alex and Macon met at Georgia Tech, where they bonded over their love of baseball and whiskey. Even though Macon was a year younger, he was so advanced in his coursework that Alex often went to him for help. This sometimes worked out to Alex's disadvantage, as Macon would casually recommend the hardest engineering professors in the school as "easy", resulting in a pretty challenging semester for him. Alex and Macon loved to spend weekends in college watching sports, hiking in the north Georgia mountains, or causing trouble around campus. Alex and Samantha are flattered to have Macon playing a role in their wedding day!

he/him/his Alex and Jonathan met at Georgia Tech and always had the best time hanging out together. Through trips to Boston and Colorado, the two have remained close despite living across the country from one another. Jonathan actually met Samantha before Alex when they were both RAs at Georgia Tech, and Alex forgives him for not introducing them sooner!

he/him/his Alex and Will met in the 6th grade at their new middle school. There, they participated in golf, frisbee, and the theater program and became great friends. Over the years, they shared countless classes, rounds of golf, and nights on the town. Although they haven't lived in the same town since high school graduation, Will is always the first person Alex looks to see when he's back in town to catch up and create more memories. Alex and Samantha can't wait to see Will's moves out on the dance floor!
