We did our best to include your children on the invitations, so as long as they received an RSVP card and replied 'yes' then we will be excited to see them! However, if mom and dad want a night away to boogie, we won't be offended if you choose to leave them with a sitter for the evening. Unfortunately, in the craziness of wedding planning things can be missed, so if you think we forgot to include a child on your invitation please reach out to Alex or Samantha directly and we can clarify.
Yes! After our wedding rehearsal on Friday we will be hosting a welcome party which is open to all guests invited to the wedding. There will be dinner, drinks, and speeches, and we would love to see you there! For additional details and dress code, please see the "Schedule" page.
There will be a shuttle departing from the Loews Midtown Hotel at 3:45pm for the ceremony. The shuttle will run throughout the reception for guests who would like a ride back to the Loews Midtown Hotel. This shuttle will seat guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, the ceremony and reception are in the same location with a brief outdoor cocktail hour in between.
Yes, during cocktail hour and at the reception there will be an open bar of beer, wine, and spirits as well as non alcoholic beverages. Be mindful that the wedding will have guests under 21, so please bring your ID if you expect to partake. Don't forget cash if you wish to tip your bartenders!
We ask for you to be mindful of the professional photographers during the ceremony and keep your phones away so that you can fully experience the event and we can see the faces of our loved ones in the crowd. We will send out all of the photos they take after the event so you can enjoy them. Take as many pictures as you would like during the reception! We would love to see anything you post, so don't forget to tag us!
