Where to Stay:
The room block is at The Village at Squaw Valley Hotel which is walking distance to the venue. There are also plenty of other beautiful options in the Tahoe Area if you choose including other hotels, AirBnB and VRBO.
Transportation :
The only transportation required would be for travel to and from the airport to the venue unless there are additional activities that you are interested in. Everything is all within walking distance upon arrival to Squaw Valley.

Reno Airport (RNO) - Roughly 1 to 1.5 hour drive and 55 miles from the Squaw Valley Resort and Village (closest but smallest airport). Sacramento Airport (SMF) - Roughly 2 hour drive and 120 miles from the Squaw Valley Resort and Village. San Francisco Airport (SFO) - Roughly 3.5 to 4.5 hour drive and 245 miles from the Squaw Valley Resort and Village (largest airport with the most flight options).
