FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP for you and your guest (if included) on the RSVP tab.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If the invitation says "and Guest" then yes, but if not, then we prefer if it was just you.

Question

Are kids welcome to join?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, especially parents, a night of uninhibited relaxation, we respectfully ask that no children attend the evening.

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the resort to the venue?

Answer

No shuttle but it is within walking distance if staying at The Village at Squaw Valley Hotel.

Question

Can we party all night long with the Bride and Groom?

Answer

YES! That's why you're here! Join us after the reception at the Dubliner located in the Village where the party won't stop (at least until they kick us out and turn the lights off).

Question

Will the events of the day be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) followed by a cocktail hour on the open deck. Dinner and dancing will primarily be indoors with an option to head back out to the deck.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

READ THE SCHEDULE PAGE! But if you didn't, the ceremony is scheduled to being at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to find a seat and get settled.

Question

Where can I stay?

Answer

The Bride and Groom have made the arrangements for a room block at the resort they are staying at, which is just a short 5 minute walk to the venue. If desired to stay elsewhere, the Lake Tahoe area is beautiful and you won't be disappointed.

Question

Parking?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue. We also encourage those that have a little too much fun with us to leave their vehicle at the venue overnight, as it is allowed and ENCOURAGED.

Question

If I want to get the Bride and Groom a gift, should I bring it with me to the event?

Answer

Due to the destination nature of our wedding, we graciously ask that any gifts be sent directly to our home.
