What's the dress code?

Please wear cocktail attire. You are welcome to wear white if you'd like, but please avoid wearing red!

Where can we park?

Answer

The Midtown Parking Garage and Downtown Autopark are the two most common public parking options for guests. For the Midtown Garage (11 S Fourth St.) there are two entrances - one on 5th Street and another on 4th Street. 4th Street is a one way going South/East. The entrance is on the right after you cross Hennepin. To enter on 5th Street, drive North/West on 5th Street. When crossing over Nicollet, cross to the right side of the transit tracks. You'll see the entrance on your right before reaching Hennepin. Downtown Autopark is located at 509 Hennepin, with an entrance on S 5th Street. To enter, drive North/West on 5th Street. When crossing over Nicollet, keep left of the transit tracks. You'll see the entrance on your left before reaching Hennepin.

Yes, with a cocktail hour in between!

What are the current COVID restrictions at your venue?

As it stands, The Lumber Exchange has no COVID restrictions. This may change, so we will do our best to keep you updated.

How do I access the venue from the parking ramp?

Answer

There is going to be an entrance once you're in the garage that is also attached to the AC hotel entrance. There's a door that will say LX, and it should be open! If it isn't, call or text Rachel at 320.223.3390.
