We’re kicking off our wedding weekend with a relaxed welcome gathering at The Boulders, surrounded by sweeping desert views and Arizona charm. Join us for drinks, conversation, and a chance to connect before the big day. For anyone who wants to keep the night going, we’ll head over afterward to the legendary Buffalo Chip Saloon in downtown Cave Creek for a true Western-style evening. Filled with country music, dancing, bull riding and so much more! *If you want to see any or all Bull Riding, it is $10 per person. We suggest to bring cash for this. Transportation Provided from Hampton Inn Carefree between 4:30/4:45pm to Boulders Resort. As well as shuttles back to Hampton Inn 6:30/7:00pm.

Join us in the courtyard as we exchange vows, guided by India’s cousin, Rev. Pastor Joel Bergeland. Transportation Provided from Hampton Inn Carefree and Boulders Resort between 3:30/3:45pm to Desert Mountain. As well as shuttles back to both Hotels beginning at 9:30pm.

After the ceremony, take the shuttle for a short ride down to the Cochise-Geronimo club house for an unforgettable evening! Dinner will be served, with dessert and dancing to follow. After the celebration, shuttles will return guests to the Hampton Inn in Carefree and Boulders Resort.
