Milwaukee is accessible by two airports: Mitchell International Airport (MKE) and Chicago O'Hare (ORD). MKE is appx. 15-20 minutes away from downtown Milwaukee by car, and Chicago is about 1hr 30 min.
Hotel
The Pfister Hotel
This hotel is where our reception will be held and we have a block of rooms reserved. Reservations can be made at the link below, or by calling the hotel's reservations department and identifying yourself as part of the Dolan-Haynes Wedding. **CUT OFF TO BOOK IS 6/19/2025** Our block of rooms will be released after this date. We strongly recommend staying the night before as the ceremony is at noon the next day and check in time isn't until 3:00pm. There is no guarantee of early check in, but luggage may be left with the concierge ahead of time.

Parking
The Pfister is offering our guests on site parking for a discounted rate of $20 overnight and $10 event. This does not apply to valet parking. The Pfister's attached parking structure entrance is located off Mason Street (N end of the block). Parking at The Pfister is first come, first serve and will be in high demand during the weekend. If you are unable to park at The Pfister we recommend the 411 E. Wisconsin lot located on the block just South of The Pfister- entrance on Jefferson Street.
Shuttle
Shuttle to and from Ceremony
July 12, 2025 11:00 am - 1:45 pm
A shuttle will be available to take guests between the church and the hotel both pre and post ceremony. It will pick up at the front Jefferson Street entrance and make rounds from 11:00am to 11:45am pre-ceremony, and 1:00pm to 1:45pm post. Please note that the last trip to the church at 11:45am will be for the bridal party! The distance is walkable (about 8 minutes per Google Maps) as well.

Please be advised that our wedding weekend also falls during Harley Davidson Homecoming festival and hotel accommodations in the city will fill up quickly- we suggest booking sooner rather than later.

Getting Around the City
Milwaukee has a city bus system, and the downtown area has a free streetcar system called The Hop. The closest stations to the Pfister are the City Hall and Wisconsin Ave stops. Its hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 5 a.m. – 12 a.m.; Saturday 7 a.m. – 12 a.m.; Sunday 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Vehicles arrive every 15 minutes during peak hours and every 20 minutes during off peak hours and on weekends.
