The Pfister Hotel is actually a Historic Hotel of America! It opened in 1893 and features an extensive Victorian art collection, an Artist in Residence, a spa/salon, two restaurants, cocktail bars and lounges, and occasionally the ghost of Charles Pfister, who primarily haunts visiting baseball teams. (Go Brewers!)
You don't even have to go inside to experience the art- the exterior "wings" pictured above are a sculpture by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava (same designer as the Oculus at World Trade Center.) The wings open and close depending on wind speeds.
