Airports

For guests flying in, we recommend either Albany International Airport (ALB) or Plattsburgh International Airport (PBG). Both airports are less than 90 minutes from the venue. We recommend renting a car and enjoying the scenic drive through the Adirondacks—one of our favorite parts of the region! The fall foliage is especially beautiful this time of year and makes the journey part of the experience.

Jimbo's Club at the Point

Jimbo's Club at the Point One of the reasons we fell in love with Jimbo's Club at the Point is that it allows our friends and family to spend the entire weekend together in one place. Guests have the option to stay right on the property in either hotel-style rooms or bunkhouse cabins. Once you arrive, everything for the weekend—from the welcome festivities to the wedding celebration—is located on-site. That means less driving, more time relaxing, and more opportunities to spend time with family and friends. During the summer, Jimbo's operates as a girls' camp. In the fall, it transforms into a private event venue, and for our wedding weekend the property will be exclusively occupied by our guests from Friday through Sunday. If you would like to stay on-site, simply indicate your preference when you RSVP or reach out to us directly. We'll coordinate room assignments and make sure you're staying with familiar faces. Other Places to Stay

Of course, you do not have to stay at Jimbo's. There is plenty of great lodging nearby that you are welcome to book on your own. You can find bed and breakfasts, hotels, motels and various private vacation rentals. There are a ton of wonderful locations (Schroon Lake, Bolton Landing on Lake George, etc.) in the Adirondacks worth exploring that are 25 minutes or less from the wedding venue. Because we are having the wedding at Jimbo's, we will not have any room blocks or transportation to and from the venue. We will list a couple of options here, but we have not tried any of them ourselves. They all look good online though!

House Or Rental

If you have a big enough group and want to stay off of the property, we recommend looking on Airbnb or VRBO or ADK by Owner (specific to the Adirondacks). There are a ton of houses available that are on Brant lake and the surrounding area. Let us know if you have questions or need guidance!
