Guests are encouraged to stay with us on Jimbo's property and we hope everyone takes advantage of this beautiful location! All events will be hosted on-site. Guests will be assigned to either hotel style lodging ($200 per room/night) or cabin style lodging ($50 per person/night). We will ensure that you are staying with family or close friends and will do our best to accommodate requests. In order to RSVP for lodging, please select this option (you do not need to contact Jimbo's). We ask that you RVSP by 8/1 to ensure we have enough time for room assignments. If not, please check the travel page on our website for alternative options.

If you're staying onsite at Jimbo's, you can check in anytime from 1:00-5:00PM on Friday, October 2nd. If you plan on arriving after 5:00pm on Friday, or anytime on Saturday, please see FAQ section! Please check our wedding website for more information on the on-site lodging option at Jimbo's, including a more detailed descriptions and prices!

Cozy Casual
After you check-in to your cabin/room, please head down to the beach to join us for a welcome bonfire. We will have pizzas, s'mores and drinks for you after a long day of traveling. Relax and enjoy the Adirondacks under the stars! All are welcome even if you are not staying on the property.

A traditional American breakfast will be included as part of your stay so head on over to the library to grab some food! Wear your PJs or come in your favorite tuxedo...just come hungry as this will be the only food prior to cocktail hour.

Please head over to the ceremony between 3:30 and 4:15pm. If you are not staying on property, please give yourself plenty of time to find parking and to find a seat as the ceremony will start promptly at 430pm.

Walk on over to the back deck after the ceremony for cocktail hour and some passed hors d'oeuvres. The deck overlooks the waterfront so feel free to bring your drinks down to the beach to snap some photos!

After cocktail hour on the deck, head inside to the dining room for our dinner and dancing portion of the evening! We will be having a family-style dinner so you can enjoy all of the options with your table. Come hungry and get ready for a full night of dinner, drinks and DANCING with music provided by The Silver Arrow Band!

Feel free to change into cozy clothes!
Just because the reception is over doesn't mean the party is done!! Head on down to the beach for another bonfire. We will have kegs, late-night bites and other drinks. Jimbo's has a 12am curfew so after the bonfire, partying can continue in the indoor game room to continue the fun!
