For guests traveling to celebrate with us, we have accommodations available right at Jimbo's Club at the Point. Staying on-site is a great way to enjoy the full weekend experience, spend extra time with family and friends, and avoid the need to travel after the festivities. We understand that staying at the venue may not be the right fit for everyone, and there are other lodging options available nearby. For those interested in staying on-site, please review the options below and let us know your preference by August 1, 2026. Hotel-Style Rooms ($200 per room, per night) A limited number of hotel-style rooms are available on the property (approximately 20 total). These rooms include either a queen or king bed and a private bathroom. Due to limited availability, rooms will be assigned by us. If you would like to be considered for one of these rooms, please let us know by August 1, 2026. We will notify guests of room assignments shortly thereafter so everyone has plenty of time to finalize their lodging plans. Bunkhouse Cabins ($50 per person, per night) For guests looking for a more casual and affordable option, Jimbo's also offers bunkhouse-style cabins. Each cabin includes one queen bed, eight bunk beds, and shared bathroom facilities. The bunk beds can be configured into four king beds if needed. If you are interested in staying in a cabin, please let us know by August 1, 2026. Cabin assignments will be shared by August 16, 2026, and we'll make every effort to room you with friends and family you know. If any concerns come up after assignments are shared, please let us know so we can make adjustments before finalizing room arrangements on September 4, 2026. Thank you for helping us coordinate accommodations! Whether you stay on-site or elsewhere, we're excited to celebrate with you and can't wait to share the weekend together!

If staying at Jimbo's, all linens will be provided. Please bring own toiletries. A suggested packing list: -Warm jacket/sweater/downtime clothes (Adirondacks can get chilly in October) -Comfortable/hiking shoes for hanging around the camp or any hikes you may choose to go on -Personal toiletries -Flashlight (might want if walking around camp at night!) -Sunscreen (we're praying for sunshine so please bring for good juju) -Extra blankets (to get cozy at bonfire, we will have some but feel free to bring your own just in case) -Camping chairs -Cooler (with ice if you want to keep snacks/drinks cool)
Welcome Party: Casual cozy bonfire attire Ceremony/Reception: Semi-formal/Cocktail attire After Party on the Beach: Get cozy and warm as Fall evenings in the Adirondacks can get quite chilly! Keep in mind, the ceremony is outdoors in the grass so choose your shoes wisely!
While we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only weekend.
Unfortunately, no :( Jimbo's has a strict no pet policy on their property.
There will be ample parking for both guests staying on site as well as for those just coming for the wedding. Please plan to come with time to park and find the ceremony site if you are not staying at Jimbo's.
Jimbo's will provide all food and beverages for the weekend and they have a policy that only alcohol from them can be consumed on their property. Plus, all official events will include an open bar. And yet, no one is doing any cabin checks. If you were to bring any alcohol and not draw attention to it (have a solo cup or keep it in your cabin area), no one will know. Just please do not bring any outside alcohol to official events (there will be an open bar at these). You will have access to the cabins for the entire weekend for whenever the mood strikes. Just be respectful to Jimbos for all they are doing for us on this memorable night!
