The earlier the better! However, submitting your RSVP by the deadline of 8/26/26 is a must so we can plan accordingly. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re cheering us on from afar (We’ll miss you!). Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate guests who RSVP late or show up without a response.
The dress code is semi-formal. Bright colors are encouraged, but please avoid any greens or tans.
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named or listed as “and a guest” on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration ONLY if your formal invitation says so.
The ceremony will start at 4:00pm central time. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Please note that the ceremony will be unplugged, so phones and video cameras will not be allowed. Our photographer will handle that for everyone!
Yes, there will be parking available at and near the venue.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors but should weather pose a problem, we will move indoors at the same location.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the cocktail hour and dinner. However, it will be cash bar only for the rest of the night.
Yes! Most of our menu will be gluten and dairy free (unless specified) and we have vegetarian entree option. If you have any allergies or eat a vegan or vegetarian diet, please reach out to us so we can communicate with our caterer to help accommodate you.

Yes! While we will not be setting hotel rooms blocks for guests, please see the travel page on our website for recommendations in the area local to our venue.
