Vancouver (YVR)

The best way to get to Whistler is by flying in to Vancouver. We highly recommend arriving earlier in the day, so that you can experience the Sea to Sky Highway in the daylight. It is our absolute favorite drive - the views are stunning. We suggest renting a car from Vancouver if you will have time to explore the area and enjoy some beautiful fall hikes! Alternatively, you can take one of the many shuttles with routes between Vancouver and Whistler. We recommend Whistler Shuttles and the Skylynx Bus, which both leave from the airport, as well as Epic Rides which leaves from Vancouver Burrard Station.

The Fairmont is our favorite place to stay when we're in Whistler, and we are so excited to be getting married here! The hotel is located right at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village, and it's a lovely stroll in to Whistler Village.
