Spa Day

We invite our guests to join us for a thermal journey at the Scandinave Spa, a beautiful indoor-outdoor complex of saunas, cold plunges, and relaxation installations. After spending the morning/afternoon here you're sure to feel fully recharged to continue a weekend of celebration! Shuttles will be provided between the hotel and the spa. Be sure to bring your swimsuit and sandals. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. The spa provides towels, robes, shower products, and a locker. Note that it's a totally unplugged experience, no phones or devices allowed inside the spa. Those joining will also have the option to book a massage treatment. We will coordinate staggered entrance times and treatment times once we confirm the list of attendees. And if a spa day is not your thing, there's no shortage of wonderful ways to spend your Friday in Whistler! We will look forward to seeing you at the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday evening.

After a day of enjoying the beautiful Whistler area, time to get dressed up and keep the festivities going! Join us at the Squamish Lil'Wat Centre, just across the street from the hotel, for dinner and live jazz!

Ceremony and Cocktails

Thank you for bearing witness to this joyful moment in our lives! It means so much to us to make our vows surrounded by the love and support of the people we hold most dear. Please plan to arrive by 1:45pm for our ceremony starting promptly at 2:00pm. Shuttles will leave from the Fairmont beginning at 12:45pm. Grab a welcome drink and a seat on either side! Also please note that will be having an unplugged ceremony, so kindly keep your phones tucked away and be present with us in the moment! We have a wonderful photographer, and we will be sharing the event photos to a drive for our guests to access afterwards. Following the ceremony, join us in celebratory cocktails on the mountain view lawn. Shuttles will begin transporting guests back to the hotel for the reception at 4:00pm.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Following cocktail hour, guests will be transported back to the Fairmont for our reception in the hotel's tented rooftop. Make sure to wear your dancing shoes!
After Party
