Man of Honor
Richard is the eldest Barry and he's been a trail blazer for his fellow sibs since Day 1. Thanks to him, the Barrys are JMU Duke Dogs through and through and he’s the reason the Barry boys bleed Gonzaga purple. “Thirty, flirty and thriving”, this wicked fast marathon runner and seafood connoisseur has biked across the country, peddling from Washington state to Washington, DC. He's well-connected and well-read, always sure to keep you in the know with his latest book recommendations and finger on the pulse of the music scene. Always exceptionally good at looking out for his younger sis, Richard makes being the Big Bro look easy and was a no-brainer choice for one of Patricia’s “Men of Honor”!
Best Man
Drew is Ben’s “Best Man” and his best (and only) sibling. Drew’s always had great taste and Ben’s got him to thank for influencing lots of life decisions. Whether it be introducing soccer as the Campbell sport, pledging loyalty to Manchester United, selecting his college of choice, joining the ski team, or marrying his JMU crush, Drew’s example has never been hard to follow. He’s got an eye for design and this NYC resident doesn’t spend his work days just punching a clock — he’s out directing creative projects for The Atlantic, and getting on a first name basis with John Mayer. When he’s not kicking it with celebrities, Drew loves checking out the Brooklyn foodie scene with his wife, Courtney, and hanging with his two mischievous cats, Stella and Walcott.
Man of Honor
Peter is the second eldest Barry and inherited the funny bone of the family. There’s never a shortage of laughter when Peter’s around — always keeping his friends and family in stitches with his quick wit and comic relief. But don’t be fooled by his kind-hearted nature, this guy’s got a need for speed! If he’s not bombing down the ski slopes, you’ll find him cruising the streets of the DMV in his blue beamer, or tearing up country roads on his motorcycle. Patricia and Peter share the same initials, but that’s not all they have in common. They’ve traveled Switzerland and the South of France together, and they share an unconditional love for golden retrievers. The Barry family recently welcomed Peter's puppy Basye into the family fold, and the clan couldn't be happier!
Groomsman
Kevin was Ben’s first college friend. Turns out, sharing a freshman dorm bathroom can do great things for a friendship. Kevin and Ben stayed roommates the rest of their college career and years later Ben would have the honor of serving as Kevin’s “Best Man”. This groomsman is more commonly referred to as “Dirtman” by his inner circle. While he cleans up well for his wife Megan, Kevin earned his nickname from his back-woods country lifestyle and would rather be out fishing, hunting, or tailgating in his pick up truck. Though Patricia and Ben opted for a live band, Kevin would have been a fine DJ, never disappointing with his 10/10 song selections and his ability to give the people what they want. Find Dirtman on the dance floor, Bud Light in hand sporting his signature "dolphin" dance move.
Man of Honor
Michael is the youngest Barry, and Patricia’s not-so-little bro. A football in his hands before he could walk, it came as no surprise when "Mikes" grew up a star athlete. Challenge him on the rugby pitch, football field, basketball court, dance floor, or anywhere, really and you’ll be sorry. When it comes to Sean Taylor trivia (RIP, 21), sports gambling, or his head of hair, Michael’s particularly good at not losing. When the CPA’s not watching The Office, he’s is in the office crunching numbers for Ernst & Young. While he may be the “littlest”, this fun-loving cutie has a big heart and his big sis can always count on him for a good time and a beaming smile. Pro-tip: find this “Man of Honor” by the cocktail weiners.
Groomsman
Mike may have been a late-comer to the ski team, but it took no time at all for he and Ben to realize their long list of common interests, making them fast friends from the start. Mike is another roommate veteran, serving 3 years of post-grad living with the groom; their residency the local watering hole and epicenter for all social happenings. Some could argue that Ben and Mike’s love of cars rivals that of their fiancés, but stick with these guys and you’ll never need a mechanic. Hailing from the rolling hills of Loudoun County Virginia, you’ll now find this attorney suited up practicing law in The District, or off roading to the nearest West Virginia campsite with his soon-to-be wife Ellie. Ben looks forward to returning the favor as Mike's groomsman in July.
Bridesmaid
Kate is Patricia’s oldest girl cousin, her first friend, and her unofficial big sister. Though Patricia grew up with all boys, she’s never lacked for sisters in her girl cousins. Kate was an early role model for all things cool and girly, and Patricia's been copying her ever since. No one can get a party started quite like Kate Anderson and you'll likely find her raising the roof from wherever she is on the map. Whether it's spring breaking in the mountains of Patagonia, après-skiing in the French Alps, or planning a trip to Oktoberfest with 30 of her closest friends, this bright spark is sure to draw a crowd and you don't want to miss out. On 9/4, be on the lookout for some Ricky Martin dance moves choreographed by Kate & Patricia, circa 1999.
Groomsman
Terry and Ben met their freshman year of ski team, holding down the title of “fastest freshman” in their respective racing disciplines. A slave to fashion, Terry’s signature speed suit, neon green jacket, jean shorts, and patriotic “jammy” pack made him easy to befriend. Friends for 9 years and roommates for 4, Ben and Terry have amassed quite an impressive inventory of ski trips over the years, shredding some of the nation’s most sought after slopes together; Jackson Hole, Squaw, Breckenridge, and Snowbird just to name a few. A Shrek enthusiast and an avid outdoorsman, this guy's also got an appreciation for class Irish Whiskey which pairs well with his admirably full red beard. If he’s not out in the woods, you’ll find this groomsman wrenching on his Jeep.
Bridesmaid
Bridget is Patricia’s cousin closest in age, and 1/3 of the “Irish Trio”. Patricia, Bridget and Maggie spent a summer living and working together in a small village on the west coast of Ireland. Attending Catholic elementary schools in the same dioceses, Bridget and Patricia were in the same grade and played against each other on the soccer field and basketball court — no smack talking here though, the two were always too busy giggling to pay attention to the score. Fluent in French and a Masters in Statistics from Georgetown University, this chick is one smart cookie! If she's not traveling to East Africa for work, she's lighting up the scoreboard for one of her DC sports leagues — ultimate frisbee or Gaelic football.
Groomsman
Garrett is Ben’s best high school bud. Fueled by Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supremes and bagel bites, Garrett and Ben solidified their supreme friendship running alongside each other on the track & putting away goals on the soccer field. Hours spent video gaming in the Campbell basement or tagging along on South Carolina lake vacations to rip it on the jet ski, Garrett became a welcomed extension to the “Cambly” fam. One of the punnier people you'll ever meet, Garrett boasts an impressively extensive vocabulary and a contagiously positive vibe, sure to light up any room or dance floor with his ear to ear smile and perfected "Cat Daddy" performance.
Bridesmaid
Lucy is Patricia’s cousin and unlike her other bridesmaids, Lucy comes from the Barry side rather than McCloskey. It’s not everyday you find cross-cousin friendships, but Lucy and the rest of this bride squad have been friends since they were little, despite having no blood relation. No surprise there, Lucy can make friends with literally anyone and this blonde bombshell will keep you on your toes with her quick wit zingers and dance floor party flips. Patricia and Lucy are a year apart, both sharing September birthdays, and a love for their late Grandma Barry’s Texas Chocolate Cake. A country music loving Nashville native, Lucy has since taken her talents to the Big Apple and remains on the cutting edge of NYC fashion, always.
Groomsman
Carson and Ben met their freshman year, living just a few cinder block walls down from each other. Initially just hallway acquaintances, it wasn’t until the following year that these two shred lords really hit it off when Carson joined the ski team. Carson and Ben have since jointly assumed the “Dad” title among their college crew due to their trip planning prowess and sacrificial way of tackling all behind the scenes logistics that go into having a good time. Not only exceedingly good at bringing people together, this groomsman’s also got a crazy creative side, making he and his Go-Pro a must have at any gathering. NOVA-no-more, this Denver “Dad” now spends his Colorado days mountain biking, trail running, hitting powder stashes, and spreading good vibes everywhere he goes.
Bridesmaid
Maggie is Patricia’s cousin and fellow Irish summer sister. The two can find humor in just about anything and are especially good at tag teaming half marathons or tandem biking through Arlington with faulty brakes. While Patricia loves hanging with her goofy cuz, she can hardly keep up. It’s not often you’ll find "Mags" indoors as she spends 99% of her time opting outside. Maggie’s passion for helping others, love of skiing, and her super cool degree in Outdoor Education have taken her from the icy east coast slopes of Smuggler’s Notch Vermont, to the west coast powder of Crested Butte Colorado, serving two of the nation's top adaptive ski programs for the mentally & physically impaired. This triathlete sure can groove, and her cousins hope they'll see "Quarter Maggie" at the wedding.

Bridesmaid
Nora is the youngest cousin in this bridesmaid line-up but no doubt the one with the freshest ride. A UCLA grad, Nora’s baby blue vespa was the envy of all her Cali classmates. Diploma in hand, this lassie left her scooter stateside and hopped on an international flight to start her post-grad career as an intern in Dublin, picking up a trace of an Irish brogue along the way. Patricia and Nora share the crown of being the only girl in their families. Equal parts sugar & spice + rough & tough, these girls have learned how to hold their own with their bros. A mutual love for all things cheesy keeps these gals tightly bonded and one day they plan to open a restaurant serving exclusively their favorite carbs: mac&cheese, grilled cheese, bagels & pizza. More to come on that.
