Schedule
Arrivals
We recommend guests arrive to Italy over the weekend (April 18-19) and stay at least one night in either Florence or Rome. You can check into Villa Cini starting at 4 PM on Monday, April 20. See the "Travel" tab for information on how to get to the villa from Florence or Rome.
Welcome Pizza Party
We'll welcome you to Tuscany with wood-fired pizzas and wine. Suggested attire: Smart casual to cocktail attire
Brunch
Brunch will be delivered to each villa.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
The ceremony will begin after 4 pm at Villa Cini. We will have vehicles to shuttle guests from other villas to Villa Cini. Suggested attire: Black tie (gowns and tuxedos) encouraged Note that the ceremony will take place outdoors, so plan footwear accordingly.
In-Villa Breakfast
Breakfast foods will be available in each villa. Eat as you please.
Winery Tour / Choose Your Own Adventure
Most guests will be taking part in the Tuscan Winery Tour, which departs from the villas at 9:30 am and returns around 4:30 pm. Lunch is included. Suggested attire: Smart casual
Dinner at Ristorante Perla Nera
We will provide dinner and wine at a local restaurant, Ristorante Perla Nera. Suggested attire: Smart casual
Departure
All guests will need to depart by 10 am. We'll shuttle guests to the train station as needed that morning. The rest is up to you!
