MIA is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Miami, 25–30 minutes from the Dadeland area, and 25–40 minutes from our host hotels, depending on traffic. Our wedding venue in Princeton/Homestead is about 35–50 minutes from the airport. This hotel will serve as the home base for our wedding weekend. Located approximately 15 miles from our wedding venue, it offers on-site dining, a bar and lounge, a pool and hot tub, and suite options, making it a comfortable place to relax and prepare for our big day. It is about 25–30 minutes from Miami International Airport and 30–35 minutes from downtown Miami, depending on traffic. With easy access to Dadeland Mall, shopping, dining, and Miami, it’s also a great option for guests who would like to explore the area while staying close to our wedding events. We are currently securing a small room block here primarily for the wedding party, with a limited number of additional rooms available for guests. The room block booking link will be available approximately two to three months before the wedding, so please check back here for the link and discounted rate. If you prefer not to wait, you are welcome to book directly with the hotel outside of the wedding block. We recommend booking early, as February is a popular time in Miami. For your convenience, a wedding-day shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at this hotel.

This is our primary host hotel for guests and the secondary wedding-day shuttle pickup location. Located approximately 9 miles from our wedding venue, this hotel offers a convenient and comfortable place to stay while celebrating with us. It is about 25–30 minutes from Miami International Airport, or 40 minutes in heavier traffic, and approximately 35 minutes from downtown Miami, depending on traffic. The hotel offers complimentary parking and a full breakfast, along with amenities such as a pool, bar, and lounge, and even a small convenience store. There are also limited on-site dining options available through the bar. Ben and I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed our stay, which is why we felt it would be a wonderful option for our guests. We especially recommend this hotel for guests who prefer to stay a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Miami, Dadeland, and Kendall, while still being close enough to easily explore these areas. We are currently securing room blocks at this hotel for our guests. This hotel is right next door to our primary host hotel, Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel & Suites, and offers a comfortable extended-stay option for our guests. Located approximately 9 miles from our wedding venue, it is about 25–30 minutes from the Miami Airport, or around 40 minutes in heavier traffic, and it's approximately 35 minutes from downtown Miami, depending on traffic. Candlewood Suites offers complimentary parking and features spacious suite-style rooms with small kitchens, making it a great option for guests staying multiple nights or those who prefer additional space. The property also includes its own pool, outdoor grilling area, and a small convenience store. Because the hotels are connected by a short walking path that takes less than two minutes, guests staying at Candlewood Suites can easily walk to the Best Western to board the wedding-day shuttle. Guests are also welcome to visit the Best Western to enjoy the bar and limited on-site dining that's available through the bar. Guests who book within our Candlewood room block will receive a breakfast pass to enjoy the complimentary breakfast at the Best Western each morning. This all-suite hotel is a great option for guests who want a comfortable & affordable stay for our wedding weekend. Located approximately 25–30 minutes from our wedding venue and about 30–35 minutes from Miami International Airport, it offers a convenient balance between accessibility and value. Each suite features a spacious layout with a small kitchen, making it a great option for guests staying multiple nights or those who prefer extra room to relax. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast, free parking, and amenities such as a pool and fitness center. This location is also conveniently near our other host hotels, making it a great option if you’d like to stay connected with other guests or utilize the wedding shuttle. It is also close to a variety of shopping and dining options, including the nearby Dadeland Mall and surrounding restaurants. Please note that this hotel is not one of our primary shuttle pickup locations at this time. Guests wishing to use the wedding day shuttle may need to Uber or drive to one of the designated host hotels. More details will be shared on the Travel Page as transportation plans are finalized. Bus A will pick up guests from the Hilton Miami Dadeland at 2:45 PM. Guests staying at nearby hotels in the Dadeland area, (such as the AC Hotel Miami Dadeland, Aloft Miami Dadeland, or Miami Marriott Dadeland) may Uber or drive to the Hilton Miami Dadeland to board the shuttle. These hotels are approximately 5–10 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. Please be on time! The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:00 PM and is expected to arrive at Secret Gardens Miami around 3:35–3:40 PM, depending on traffic. At the end of the night, the shuttle will return around 11:50 PM – Midnight, transporting guests back to the Hilton Miami Dadeland. Important: If you plan to leave the reception earlier, please arrange your own separate transportation via Uber/Lyft or by driving yourself to the venue. Guests staying at nearby hotels (such as Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Kendall or TownePlace Suites Miami Kendall West) may Uber or drive to the Best Western to board the shuttle (approximately 5-15 minutes by car, depending on traffic). Please be on time! The shuttle will depart promptly at 3:00 PM and is expected to arrive at Secret Gardens Miami around 3:30–3:35 PM, depending on traffic.
