For mountain bike rentals and outdoor activity recommendations, Bootdoctors is awesome. There are tons of beginner to expert trails for both Hiking and Mountain Biking in Telluride, so get out there and have some fun.

Good ol' saloon feel. Strong drinks and bluesy live music.
Ouray Hot Springs
If you're feeling like an excursion, head over to Ouray to take a dip.
Bridal Veil Falls
We got engaged here. It's a pretty easy hike...as long as you're not nerve wracked trying to propose to your lady. Takes about a 1.5 hours round trip. You'll be ready for a good meal and some brew after. PS, Bridal Veil...get it?
Jud Wiebe Memorial Trail
Beginner to Immediate trail. Not technical, just a bit of elevation. Good for any age/ability as long as you're willing to take breaks and enjoy the views. The top overlooks the entire box canyon and is worth the effort. If you want a bit more challenge, head to the right of the fork and go to Garnett Falls.
Bear Creek Trail
Beautiful beginner hike that can be done in a couple of hours. In late spring a big avalanche mowed down the top aspen forest. It'll be cool at the top whether the wreckage is still there or its been cleaned up. Finish with a drink at Smuggler's Brew pub.

Killer drinks and food if you're in the mood for something classy.
