VERY IMPORTANT: the hotel check-in time is 4pm. If you are arriving on Saturday, please request an early check-in and be aware that the buses will be picking up guests at that time (4pm). We highly encourage our friends and family to join us on both Friday and Saturday evening to avoid any complications for travel on Saturday. We will have an informal gathering on Friday evening so that we can all get together and begin the celebrations!
On Saturday the 15th at 4pm, James River Transportation will provide bus transportation to Westover Plantation for those who do not want to drive. Buses will load for 15 minutes at The Berkeley leaving for Westover at 4:15pm.

Room Block #1 Room block reservations must be received by May 14, 2019. They only can be made for the June 14 and 15. Please ask for the Rumble/Hulbert room block. The bus will load in front of the hotel at 4pm.
