Any guests arriving Friday evening are welcome to gather for cocktails at The Tobacco Company. The restaurant is located next to The Berkeley Hotel and The Residence Inn in Shockoe Bottom. This will be an informal gathering, but a chance to get together before the big day!

Transportation to Westover
4:00 pm
We will have two buses picking up guests from The Berkeley Hotel at 4pm. Arrival time at Westover is 4:45pm. We will send one bus back at 9:30pm during the reception. Our last bus will depart at 11pm. **IMPORTANT: Please be mindful that hotel check-in times on Saturday are also at 4pm. We recommend requesting an early check-in or getting ready with friends/family who have arrived on Friday evening. Should you choose not to take the bus, Ubers may be available - but carpooling is highly recommended and please DRIVE SAFELY. You are welcome to leave your car overnight should you wish to indulge in drinks at the reception. Please pick up your car the following day.

Wedding ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. Cocktails, dinner and dancing to follow. Transportation will be made available from downtown Richmond to Westover - details to follow.
