Shuttles from Westlake Village Inn and the Hampton Inn to Cielo Farms

April 27, 2019 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Shuttles will be leaving Westlake Village Inn at both 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Each shuttle will also stop at the Hampton Inn in order to pick up guests from that hotel and the Sheraton, which is right across the street, at approximately 3:40pm and 4:10pm respectively. Guest arrival is scheduled for 4:30pm, so both of these options will drop off for on-time arrival!

Shuttles will be leaving Cielo Farms at 9:00pm, 10:00pm, and 11:00pm to return to the Hampton Inn and then the Westlake Village Inn once you're all partied out!

Flight

Airports

LAX is the obvious choice for landing in the area because it's not only our largest airport with the most flights, but it's also fairly close to the venue (just under 40 miles) and hotel accommodations. In an effort to avoid rush hour traffic leaving the airport, we recommend choosing flights that land before 2:00pm or after 8:00pm. That being said, there's an extent to which there's truth in some stereotypes... and LA traffic does come with the territory. We're sorry. We recommend downloading some music, podcasts, or an audiobook to make the ride pass more quickly. Also know that we empathize and will do our best to make your visit well worth the effort. Bob Hope Airport (BUR) is a smaller and less crowded airport that is actually slightly closer to the venue (about 35 miles). If you can find a flight in or out of Burbank, that'd be lovely, though they are unfortunately less common.

Rental Car

Getting Around the Greater Los Angeles Area

For maximum mobility during your stay, we recommend renting a car. While Los Angeles' public transportation is improving, the area around Malibu and the San Fernando Valley (where we'll be concentrating our activities) still exists outside the radius of our transit system. A car will give you the most flexibility and we'll have a valet service at the venue the day of the wedding. If you don't feel like renting a car, Lyft or Uber are excellent choices. They are easy to find, even up in Malibu Canyon and the Valley, and will take you wherever you want to go including to and from the airports. We especially encourage these options if you choose to enjoy the open bar at our reception! We will also likely be arranging shuttles to and from the hotels at which we have room blocks in Westlake Village and Agoura Hills. Stay tuned for more info!
