Wedding Party

Ryan Rhomberg

Best Man

Family has always been important to me, and I’m incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing brother who has also been a role model, teacher, and friend. Ryan is very strong willed and I have learned a lot about persistence and leadership through his example. Looking back over my life, Ryan has consistently looked out for me and helped me through anything, no matter how much I messed up or how busy he was. Very few can say they have a brother like mine, and I wouldn’t want anyone else as a brother and lifelong friend. He has always been there for me, and I’m extremely lucky to have him in my life. I’m honored that he is not only my brother, but my best man.

Hanna Grubbs

Maid of Honor

Hanna and I have been friends through thick and thin, and met during the horrors of nursing school... Hanna boldly knocked on my study room door as I was suffering through memorizing medications, and asked if we could study together. From that day on, we laughed together, cried together while sitting on the nursing building floor, and grew closer through many camping and outdoor adventures. She has supported me through some very difficult times, provided a listening ear, and has reminded me many times of the love of the Lord for me when I am struggling to see it. She is a precious friend, the most hospitable person I know, and deeply loves all who are in her presence. It is an honor to have her in our wedding party!

Nick Connor

Groomsman

Nick and I have been great friends for the past few years. While we met through church, we quickly became close friends who would weekly hangout to hike, talk about life, tackle wild house projects, or go on a whole bunch of other random adventures. He’s easy to talk to, fun to be around, and someone who genuinely makes life better. Nick has been a constant discipler in my life, teaching me not only more about following Jesus, but also what a healthy, Christ centered marriage looks like. He played a vital role in helping me start a relationship with Sophie, which I’ll always be thankful for. Nick is someone I can trust with anything, and I’m thrilled that he’s in my life and that he’ll be there for the wedding and the new chapter ahead.

Allie Ridings

Matron of Honor

Allie and I met through our campus ministry in 2015. We didn't really talk much that first year as we didn't feel like we had that much in common. I actually looked up to her a lot and honestly found her poised, quiet grace a little intimidating! Needless to say, I was a little nervous when our friend Alyssa, who was leading my Bible studies at the time, told me she would be joining us for future studies. During that next 6 months of testing, teaching, and growing in God's word together, we became so much closer and she eventually was one of the ones to baptize me. She has been such a huge part of shaping my journey through life and as a Christian, as well as having been one of my closest friends and confidants. She never failed to provide me with solid advice, encouragement, and joy - she was one of the main reasons I even made it through nursing school! I cannot imagine where I would be today without her!

Kaeden Rasmussen

Groomsman

I met Kaeden shortly after moving to Grand Junction as we were both going for the same degree and so naturally shared many classes. We quickly became friends as we have a lot in common, and he’s incredibly smart, logical, and friendly. However, the whole trajectory of my life changed when he invited me to his church. That’s where I found a community that became like a second family and where I learned what living for Jesus truly looks like. Without Kaeden, my life would be on a very different path, and I certainly wouldn’t have met Sophie. I am deeply grateful not only for the doors Kaeden opened for me, but for the friend he has been ever since. He is a strong model of someone living faithfully according to Jesus’s teachings. I’m honored to have him as part of my life.

Alex Ader

Bridesmaid

Alex is my closest long-distance friend! We met one another during a campus ministry visit to Salt Lake City, where she was working at the time. We had never met before, and she graciously hosted me in her home. During that weekend, we instantly clicked and had deep conversations about life, her sweet dog Rose, our struggles, and Jesus. This was a difficult time mentally for me and I found Alex to be someone I could trust with absolutely anything. We bonded over mutual love for Lord of the Rings, passion for healthy churches, and general silliness through the next few years. She is one of the wisest, spunkiest, insightful women I know and it is such an honor to have a friendship with her!

Cody Sebring

Groomsman

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Cody for the last five years and the pleasure of being his roommate for more than three of them. Cody has been a consistent and reliable friend who keeps me centered on God, listens incredibly well, and has a real knack for giving thoughtful advice. He has brought peace into my life and shown me what genuine service to others looks like. Cody has been an outstanding friend, and I’m excited to have him be part of my wedding.

Calley Washington

Bridesmaid

Calley and I also met through our campus ministry when we were in college. She has been such a support and loving sister-in-Christ to me over the years, as well as a faithful friend. I know that I can always trust her to give me an honest opinion that is loving and wise. I can also always trust that she will be up for an adventure! Our times together through the years have typically consisted of questionable escapades in the outdoors that rarely go according to plan - usually many more miles than we planned to hike, being slightly lost, toenails falling off, and generally feeling quite winded the whole time... Calley has the most beautiful, kind, and deep soul and has taught me so much about life and how to love other like Jesus does and we cannot wait to celebrate with her!

Logan Delatorre

Groomsman

Logan and I have been good friends since elementary school. Over the years we’ve done just about everything together, like eating Chick-fil-A nearly every day for years, downhill mountain biking, serving on a search and rescue team, working together, going to college, having countless late night deep conversations, living together, skiing, and plenty more. Logan is always down for an adventure and has consistently been a solid, dependable friend whom I can call on for anything. He’s been one of the most steady constants in my life.

Natalie Olguin

Bridesmaid

Natalie and I met through our church here in Grand Junction, and got to know each other through being in several small groups together through the years. Our friendship has evolved over the course of the last 9 years, from not really knowing each other well, to becoming incredibly close. We found that we shared a mutual love for all things Pride and Prejudice, taking advantage of each other's jumpy nature by scaring one another, and just being in each other's presence. Fun fact: we also share the exact same Meyer's-Briggs personality! Natalie has been a huge supporter in my journey through life, and has taught me so much about what it means to be genuine and love others - two things she is so incredible at doing. She has the most fun and rich personality, makes the best bread, always knows what wine to pair with anything, and loves the Lord with all her heart.

Reggie Drummond

Groomsman

I’ve only known Reggie for a couple of years, but he is one of the most genuine, caring, well-spoken, confident, serving, and hardworking men I know. His passion for Jesus is both inspiring and comforting. I had the privilege of living with Reggie for a while, and during that time I learned a lot from his character and the way he carries himself. He has been a great friend, and I’m grateful to have him as one of my groomsmen.

Hannah Pritchard

Bridesmaid

Hannah is my oldest friend. We met when we were 7 years old at a homeschool Valentines Day party in our tiny town of Meeker, where we grew up. I was a little uncertain about this bold girl who just walked up to me, expecting that we would be friends. But I soon realized she was a kindred spirit. We discovered we loved romping together through the woods and fields living out our imaginary stories filled with horses and brave tomgirls. Hannah has been a huge influence in my life, and taught me what it meant to be confident in our imaginations, personalities, and passions. She has always been one of my biggest cheerleaders through life and it is such a treasure to have such a long-lasting friendship with her and to have her with us on our wedding day!

Braylon Snyder

Flower Dude

Braylon is Sophie's oldest nephew and the coolest guy ever! He will be playing the vital role of the Flower Dude in our ceremony.

Brookelynn Snyder

Flower Dudette

Brookelynn is Sophie's favorite and only niece! She will be our official Flower Dudette during our ceremony!
