When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Church attire to semi-formal. Our wedding will be in the mountains in the winter, so dress accordingly! Our ceremony and reception will be indoors, but there will be a walk from the parking lot to get inside.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus-ones must be approved by the bride and groom as we have a limited budget. You may reach out to the bride or groom to request a plus-one. Thank you for honoring this request!

Will there be a meal and beverages?

Answer

We will be providing a BBQ buffet meal for our guests, as well as a selection of home-made desserts! We will be having a dry wedding, however there will be some non-alcoholic options for our guests!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please notify the bride or groom if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Zola and have several items listed there from other websites. We also have cash funds available on our wedding website for contributing any amount you wish, though please know that your presence is the best gift we could ask for!

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We are excited to celebrate with your little ones. Please specify the number of kids you will be bringing with you on the RSVP, and if they will need a meal so we can make sure there will be ample food!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation to the venue provided. Guests will be responsible for providing their own transportation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is provided at the venue. Please note that parking is limited and utilizing carpooling as much as possible would be extremely helpful!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

You may arrive any time after 2:30 as the ceremony will start at 3.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Our reception will end at 9 PM so that our vendors can clean up and be on their way!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The reception will also be at the Woodlands following the ceremony. A barbecue dinner will be provided buffet-style for our guests.
