Should I rent a car?

We highly recommend renting a car! Transportation can be tricky and unreliable in Sun Valley. In order to get the most out of your trip you will want a car to explore all the hikes, restaurants, and activities Sun Valley has to offer.

What should I wear to the events?

Answer

For the Welcome Party guests are invited to dress in Western Chic/Garden Attire. For the Wedding please dress in Sun Valley Formal/Black Tie Optional/Cocktail Attire. Brunch is a more casual event, but we welcome guests to dress in Sun Valley Boho Chic/Tea Party Attire. Please note that all of the events are taking place outside on the grass except brunch, so we highly recommend block heels. Please remember white is reserved for the bride at all of the events.

Can I bring my kids?

We would love for you to bring your children to Sun Valley and explore all that Idaho has to offer, however we ask that you do not bring your little ones to our events.

Idaho is a fantastic place for dogs! They will love hiking and exploring the beautiful and open scenery. Just make sure to book pet friendly accommodations! Please note that none of our event venues are pet friendly. For dog sitting services please visit Sun Valley Animal Center.
